HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Authorities have identified the man who allegedly rammed his car into and chased a bicyclist in Waimanalo on Wednesday.
Police say Keola Castillo struck the 27-year-old victim at Sherwood Forest Park and then again on Kalanianaole Highway.
The victim was thrown off his e-bike and suffered minor injuries.
Castillo is charged with second-degree assault.
His bail was set at $20,000.
