I'm not sure which line this is from, but I think it could be the outlet version of the Victorian Charm dress I have for sale, as the style is very similar.
Black velveteen dress with a zipper and a dark red bow.  Black lace with cream lining underneath for the top portion.
Condition
: No flaws to note.
Top: Cotton/Polyester, Sash: Silk
Bottom: Cotton
Dry Clean Only.

NO PAYMENT or NO CONTACT results in further action with Ebay!  I will, and have, filed a NON PAYING BIDDER ALERT with Ebay each time.  I lose a lot of money in fees if you do not pay.  When I file a NPB alert, I can recover some of the money.
Refund
All items are sold AS IS.   I only offer a refund if I have misrepresented an item.  I issue the refund ONLY AFTER I have received the item back.
Buyer pays return shipping costs.
I will refund the original amount and the original shipping.
