    Designed to function as a fully enclosed room or mosquito net, the new ARB Deluxe awning room with floor provides protection from the weather, insects and provides additional privacy. Easy and quick to set up the ARB Deluxe awning room can be used with 2500 and 2000 model awnings and features a durable waterproof floor and its own separate ceiling to help keep you cooler.
    All main wall panels incorporate zipper operated two way solid and mesh access doors for easy access and to accommodate changing weather conditions. (Vehicle wall is solid zipper wall only).

    Returns & Exchanges
    We do accept returns and exchanges at Trends Auto. Any returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and condition. There will be a 50% re-stocking fee applied for any items returned that are not in its original packaging and condition, or if they are returned without an RMA number.
    Returns may be accepted on installed items with a 50% restocking fee.
    Any electronics that are returned back used or in VIN lock condition will have a &dollar150 charge assessed along with any other additional fees that would apply.

    Unless our company is in error or the listing is in error, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
