Virginia Candle Supply LLC is a family owned candle making and soap making supply business based in Kingsport, Tennessee. Yes, our name is Virginia Candle Supply, and we are located in Tennessee. About 15 years ago, we started our business in Virginia, and with continued growth - thanks to our customers - we had to find a larger building. Our current location in Tennessee, is only about 15 minutes from our original building, and the Virginia/Tennessee state line is only about 10 miles away. We are dedicated to providing you with the highest-quality products at competitive prices. We understand the importance of receiving your supplies promptly, and we strive to fill and ship all orders received by 11:00 a.m. the very same day (Monday-Friday). Shipping
We ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We ship Monday-Friday, and do not ship on holidays. We will ship either by USPS, UPS, or FedEx; we choose the shipping method based on weight and cost. We reserve the right to combine shipping. Please remember that the delivery date provided is an estimated delivery date, and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase. Refunds will be given when the item is returned. All returns must be unused to receive a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. We are NOT responsible for finished products. We recommend testing all items for desired results.
