The CMPS5064 is an epoxy molded Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) manufactured in the SOT-23 case. This device meets the growing need for a 400V silicon controlled rectifier in a small SMD package. In  addition to the high voltage capability, key attributes of the CMPS5064 are a low 0.8V gate trigger voltage with a low 200µA (max) gate trigger current, and a fast on-state switching speed of 2.8µs (typ).

Buyer's choice of money back or item exchange is available. Money back/credit will be issued through PayPal account once item is received.
NEW SOFTWARE may only be returned if unopened or if software is defective. If software is defective, replacement of the same item will be sent to buyer once defective software is received. Buyer will be credited for return shipment costs at a maximum of .95. If buyer returns unopened software (not returned due to defect), buyer pays return shipping and item must be returned in original condition.
