Payments must be made within the US, by US funds and verified by the payment source. All payments outside the US will be refunded or denied.
Shipping Information
All packages that are returned to us by shippers as undelivered are subject to an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response within 3 days of receiving the item, your transaction will be subject to cancellation.
We only ship to the 48 contiguous states.
Unloading Truck-Shipped Merchandise:
Some heavy items will ship via Standard Truck Freight (common carrier or flat-bed). For an additional fee (charged by the carrier, not O2 Supply Company Inc.), trucks with lift-gates can be arranged to move your products from the bed of the truck to the ground, at that point it will be up to you to move the product. The shipping carrier will call and schedule delivery, at which time, you may request a lift-gate and arrange payment with the carrier for that service at the time the order is placed, after that we cannot ask for a lift-gate.
At this time we
DO NOT
ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates,APO/FPO boxes, such as Puerto Rico or to international addresses (including Canada).
Small items are shipped USPS or UPS, per customer request at their expense.
Handling times are based on O2 Supplies stock or Factory stock at the time of ordering. Time may vary depending on weather or shipping delays.
Orders placed over the weekend will be handled the following week. We are closed for business Saturday and Sunday.
Shipments to Freight forwarders, shipping ports, UPS/FEDEX/USPS Pick up stations will be denied or refunded.
Factory shipped items will have tracking uploaded upon shipping.
