    Description

    Circle Y of Yoakum - Unique Filigree Breast Collar "Tie-up"/Wither Strap with Floral Tooling and White Inlay and Buckstitching.  Dark oil leather with antique wash.  Contrasting white stitching.   Stainless steels scissor snaps on both sides and adjustable with buckles on both sides.  Just short of 1 1/2" wide at the widest point and adjusts between 19"-22"  long.
