J W Wagner Brunn Horse Carousel
Colorful tin spinning horse carousel made in Germany.
The carousel is 8" tall and 6 1/2" in diameter.
The carousel spins.  Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries to start it, or I have to give it a nudge. It starts out slow and then increase speed.
One corner on the stand has paint loss. There are some scratches on the top rim.
This toy is not intended for small children.
