First, this will be put on a solid pallet and crated well for the buyer, similar to last picture shown of one we recently sold and shipped. For sale we have a new Lochinvar LDT-120, 12,000 watt, 119 gallon, commercial electric water heater with manual. This unit is currently set up 240V, three phase, but can run single phase as well, 208V or 240V. Just let me know the voltage and phase you require and I will set it up for your application before shipping. This is BRAND NEW and has NEVER had water in it. Fully functional, but there are some small scratches on the outer casing of this in a few small areas, but NO DENTS on the tank or anything that effects functionality. The inner tank has been checked and is perfect. Any questions, feel free to ask. The least expensive price I could find from an online retailer is well over k plus shipping, and we are only selling for 00 with FREE SHIPPING to a commercial location only.
