Wool dryer balls are a safe and eco-friendly alternative to chemical laden dryer sheets. They naturally reduce static cling, allow the laundry to dry faster in the dryer, and won't damage your clothing.  I handcraft my balls individually using a reclaimed wool yarn core then needle felt a colorful wool outer layer on the ball.  They are then tightly felted. The colors are all from locally sourced, hand dyed wool that is very colorfast.  They will not discolor your laundry. Each ball has a diameter of 2 inches. They are unscented but the buyer can easily scent them at home with essential oils. Just toss in the dryer with your wet laundry and run the cycle like normal.
I learned how to make dryer balls years ago for myself because dryer sheets began to make me break out.  I still use my original set in my laundry. They last forever.  I will include a little information in the packaging of how to care for your balls. They are machine washable and dry-able. An added bonus is that should your children or pets get ahold of them, they are safe.  One of my customer's pets loved playing with them so much, she bought some just for her dog to play with.
