signed chinese hand painted lightweight porcelain vase figures mother children

the group
depicts a woman, maybe a mother, reclining under a cherry? tree with 2 children playing. i have no idea what the marks indicate, so please see images for those. the one thing i can identify is that it is marked «china». it is 9 1/2" tall. the mouth of the vase is  2 5/8" in diameter. the outside diameter of the vase is 2 1/2" in diameter. at it's widest, the circumference is 12". the part of the vase that most impresses me isn't eve the main painting. i just love the stencil-like shapes at the top of the vase.
