    This 2-handled Stainless Soap Knife is something that every soap maker should want to have in their shop.  We use ours every day.  The knife measures 23" long (blade end to handle end) by 4" thick.  The open space between handles is 11" but nearly all of the blade can be used because of its depth.  This knife is important both because of its utility as well as the safety of having two handles.
