We offer free shipping on all items within the UK. Your package will generally be shipped within two business days after cleared payment is received.
Shipping will be by the method which you have selected at checkout with delivery times generally being:
UK Free: 3-5 days
UK 1st Class: 2-3 days
UK Special Delivery: Next day (excluding items ordered Friday – Sunday)
EU Regular Airmail: 5-10 days
Rest of the World: 10-15 days
If you are paying by Paypal you will need to ensure that the correct postal address is updated in your Paypal account. To maintain both buyer and seller protection in the event of a lost or missing parcel we will only post to the address selected in your Paypal account which is nominated as the shipping address when you go to checkout and pay.
If, in the unlikely event, your package has not arrived after 10 days (15 business days for international customers), please contact us with your confirmed shipping address and we will follow up with the postal services.
