Vintage Chinese Porcelain Cachepot Jardiniere /Pictoral/Royal Yellow & Gold/Oval

Description

Exquisite vintage Chinese cachepot that is oval in shape. It has bands on the top, middle and bottom that are a royal yellow in color with gold gilt designs. The handles on each end have a floral look and are also yellow and gold. There is a picture of a river bank that has homes, trees and rocks depicted there. In the distance there are two mountain peaks. On each side of the picture there are tall columns of white and gold. There are some small areas where the gold gilt has worn away. The original foil label that reads Made In China is still on the bottom. It measures 10.5” long, 7” wide and 6” high. It weighs 4 pounds and 6 ounces prior to wrapping and packaging.
