Vintage Marine Flame Arrester, fits Carter WCFB

For your eBay consideration today here's a vintage marine flame arrester, fitted for Carter WCFB carburetors.
Circa 1958-1963, this flame arrester came from a 1961 Chris-Craft inboard runabout sporting a Chevrolet small block V-8 topped with a Carter WCFB carburetor.
Believed to be, not confirmed, manufactured by Glenwood Marine Products.
To clean or not to clean; I leave that question in your capable hands to answer.
Please note, the flame arrester halves are missing two hold-down machine screws, obtainable by you at your local hardware or fastener store.
Neck fitment is 4-1/8" Inside Diameter, with two (opposing) flats at 3-15/16" across.
